We, the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of civil associations, initiatives and political parties,
realizing the importance of the historical choice our country faces in connection with the enlargement of the European Union;
bearing in mind that two hundreds years ago European traditions and values of the Belarusian people were violently interrupted;
understanding the importance of the European choice for the spiritual, social, economic, political, and national development of the Belarusian people and state;
taking into account the European inclinations of the majority of the Belarusian society;
in view of the European orientation of all our neighbors without exceptions;
disagreeing with anti-European politics and actions of the current authorities;
