NEWS  Supreme Court refused to “The Young Social Democrats” 17:28, 10/12/2003 On December 8 the Supreme Court did not satisfy the appeal of the public association “The Young Social Democrats” against the decision of the Ministry of Justice to refuse in registration of the organization. Judge Sakalouskaya and prosecutor Artiushenka supported the official of the Ministry Kirikova’s reasoning. She said that “ The Young Social Democrats” violated the acting law, as they wrote in their Statute that one of the objectives is to spread political culture and universal human values among the youth. The trial took three days only.
