NEWS  Leadership Of Brest BPF Branch Fined 17:10, 26/12/2003 According to the decision of the administrative commission of the Moscow district of Brest, the chairman of Brest branch of the Belarusian Popular Front Nina Davydowskaya is to pay a penalty amounting to 49 thousand roubles for dissemination o leaflets on the International day of Human rights. The Administrative commission of the Moscow district of Brest agreed to the deduction of the police who detained Nina Davydowskaya during the action on December 10 by the entrance checkpoint of the plant “Tsvetatron”. On this day Davydowskaya was taken to the police station, where the report has been drawn up for dissemination of printed materials without date-lines. The head of the city branch of the Belarusian Popular Front was charged with the accusation that the text of the leaflets was aimed against the state and civic order.
