NEWS  Belarus and Russia to sign agreement on gas supplies 17:47, 26/12/2003 Some 20.5bn cubic meters of Russian gas and about 18m tons of oil will be supplied to Belarus in 2004, Belarusian Prime Minister Sergey Sidorsky declared after his meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov in Moscow today. According to Sidorsky, an agreement on Russian gas supplies for 2004 will be signed this month.
