NEWS  Foreigners’ Entry Simplified Since January 17:12, 05/01/2004 Since January 1, 2004 the rules of entry for citizens of the European Union to the territory of Belarus have been simplified. According to the decision of the government of the country, in a one-sided order Belarus repeals the norm demanding the dwellers of the Western Europe to have a special invitation – a personal or business one. Minsk reckons that Europe would answer with the same initiative.
