NEWS  Court launched “Narodnaya Volya” case 15:46, 29/01/2004 Leniniski court of Minsk started the investigation on the claims from the founder of “The Observer”, OOO “Alliance-media”, and the famous Belarusian businessman Sergey Atroshenko against “Narodnaya Volya”. The discussion on the claim is scheduled for January 30. Earlier two claims were submitted for the protection of honor and business reputation and compensation for the moral damage.
