NEWS  Visit Of Iranian FM Head to Belarus Delayed 11:19, 04/02/2004 The visit of Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi to Belarus which was planned on February 4 is postponed. As AFN was informed by the press service of Foreign Ministry of Belarus, the visit was rescheduled on the initiative of the Iranian side for technical reasons. The program of the visit included meetings of the Iranian FM head with Alyaksandar Lukashenka, chairman of the “chamber of representatives of the national assembly” Vadim Papow, minister of Foreign Affairs Syarhei Martynaw.
