Gazprom Threatens Belarus With International Row

Gazprom is going to response harshly to the possible transit gas diverting by Belarus. “If Belarus starts to divert transit gas supplied to Poland and Germany, these actions would be turned into a great scandal of the international level with unpredictable consequences for Belarus”, warned Gazprom press secretary Sergei Kupriyanov, utro.ru informs.

Today at 10.00 a.m. Moscow stopped gas supplies to Belarus, giving the reason that contracts between the economic entities had expired. As said by the representative had been received. The situation was commented by the speaker of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov. He urged not to politicize the issue, which lies in an economical field.
