NEWS  Minsk Plans to Introduce VAT For Transit Deliveries From Russia 14:05, 05/03/2004, photo by ByMedia.net Ministry of Finance of Belarus has introduced to the government a draft decree envisaging revocation of a VAT zero rate for transit transportation services for Russian companies, informed Larysa Kandratava, deputy minister on taxes and fees. The draft also applies to the services of the pipelines, which are delivering Russian gas and oil via Belarusian territory, PRIME-TASS informs.
