American Senator Johns McCain, who arrived to Riga with an official visit last weekend, received Ihar and Pavel, sons of the Belarusian prisoner of conscience, former foreign minister, ex-Ambassador of Belarus in Latvia Mikhail Marynich. Senator McCain expressed his solidarity with Mikhail Marynich and wished the brothers firmness and courage. “Mister Senator told us that he respects our struggle for father’s release from prison, and promised to render every possible assistance.
