NEWS  Final voting results due Monday noon, top election official says 14:03, 17/10/2004 The final results of the parliamentary elections and referendum on lifting the presidential term limit will be announced by Monday noon, said Lidiya Yermoshina, head of the central election commission. The preliminary results of the referendum may become available by Sunday night, with initial data on the parliamentary poll to follow after midnight, the official told reporters on October 17, the polling day.
