NEWS  Information Ministry Warns "Kurjer iz Borisova" 12:38, 15/11/2004 On November 8 the Information Ministry issued a warning to the founder of newspaper “Kurjer iz Borisova” (Press Service Ltd.) on violation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On press and other mass media”. The warning was issued for breaching articles 11 and 2 of the Law on Press. According to the Ministry, Article 11 was violated because the editorial office had not informed the ministry about the changed subject matter of the newspaper from a reference and advertising to a mass-political one. The article 2 was violated as the editorial office is headed by A.
