NEWS  Natalya Petkevich appointed deputy head of Presidential Administration 11:27, 26/11/2004 Natalya Petkevich, formerly the head of state’s press secretary, was appointed as deputy head of the Presidential Administration by Aleksandr Lukashenko’s November 25 edict, the Belarusian leader`s press office said.
