Alyaksandr Lukashenka sets a mission before his administration to strengthen the system of power in connection with the events in Ukraine, told on Wednesday the newly appointed head of presidential administration Viktar Shejman. “Situation in the foreign policy, and first of all events in Ukraine show that modern political technologies and low controllability inside the country are fraught with serious consequences,” told Viktar Shejman.
That is why, underlined Shejman, Alyaksandr Lukashenka set a problem to reinforce stability and increase manageability of the system of power in the country. “Significant changes are taking place in the world, and the system of state management must be flexible, mobile and adapted to modern conditions,” told Shejman.
As said by him, the implementation of this task depends, first of all, on the degree to what the whole vertical of power, from minister to concrete executor in regions, could become a united mechanism. “Administration of the head of state should work regardless of the personal time spending, and work for the good of the state,” told Shejman.
