NEWS  OSCE anti-trafficking representative to visit Minsk 11:16, 21/04/2005 The OSCE Special Representative on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, Helga Konrad, is expected to attend a meeting of the CIS Council of Interior Ministers to be held in Minsk on April 21 and 22. The OSCE anti-trafficking official had been invited to visit Minsk by the Belarusian authorities, said the press office of the Belarusian foreign ministry. Apart from attending the CIS Council’s meeting, Ms. Konrad is scheduled to meet with officials of the foreign, interior, labor and justice ministries. The press office said that the visit would be a step toward increasing cooperation between Belarus and OSCE anti-trafficking units.
