NEWS  White House Makes Statement About Democracy Support In Belarus 11:25, 22/04/2005 The USA support the forces that “seek freedom and democracy” in Belarus, told press secretary of the White House Mr. Scott McClellan during the briefing, ITAR-TASS informs. As said by him, Belarus is the “one nation in the region that has not moved in the direction of many others”. Besides, as said by the press secretary, George Bush does not consider that the recent statements on Belarus by US Secretary of State Rice are too strong.
