NEWS  Gas transit via Belarus up 22% in Jan-May 12:24, 17/06/2005 The volume of natural gas flowing through Belarus via trunk pipeline came to 17.4 billion cubic meters (bcm) in January-May, 22.4% more year-on-year, the Energy Ministry told Interfax. The amount of gas pumped in the country reached 26.3 bcm in January-May, up 14.5% year-on-year, including for domestic consumers at 8.9 bcm (up 1.7%).
