According to Dziergachou, the court should have regarded the documents concerning Ulan’s amnesty and complete abolition of the sentence before the session of the regional council, but the court session did not take place. And June 22 Romuald Ulan was deprived of the deputy powers. It is said in the law of the deputy status that in case of conviction the deputy “may be” deprived of his powers, Radio Liberty reports.
