NEWS  Lukashenko approves supplement to Belarus-NATO memorandum on logistical support 12:39, 09/09/2005 Aleksandr Lukashenko, by his September 8 edict, approved a draft supplement to the memorandum of understanding between Belarus and NATO on logistical support in the process of cooperation, according to the Belarusian leader`s press office. The supplement would govern specific aspects of cooperation between the defense ministry and other Belarusian governmental agencies and appropriate NATO agencies in demilitarization.
