NEWS  Organizers of Congress of Democratic Forces Still Consider the Possibility of Its Holding Abroad 12:04, 14/09/2005 The Congress of Democratic Forces is appointed on 1-2 October. The delegates are to elect the single candidate of the opposition who will take part in the presidential election. Recently Aliaksandr Lukashenka has ordered Minsk City Executive Committee to rent a hall for the measure. Before it the opposition had difficulties with it and negotiated about renting the House of Officers and the Congress Hall in Kyiv (the Ukraine) and lodging the delegates at different boarding houses not far from the city.
