NEWS  Belarusian air defence units to conduct live firing 11:57, 23/09/2005 On the evening of 21 September two units of the Northwestern Operational Command will conduct live firing within the framework of the 7th conference entitled "Results of the live firing conducted by air defence units in 2004-05", which is being held in Minsk. Belapan learnt from the head of the information centre of the air force and air defence troops, Syarhey Kuzmenkaw, that the 740th Air Defence Missile Brigade, which is stationed in Barysaw, will conduct live firing from Osa antiaircraft missile systems and Igla portable anti-aircraft missile complexes. The Minsk-based 120th Detached Mechanised Brigade will fire Strela-10M and Igla portable anti-aircraft missile complexes as well as Tunguska short-range SAM.
