Lukashenka about explosion: “They were drinking beer somewhere, brought something, blown it up…”
16:52, 23/09/2005

Aliaksandr Lukashenka said that before president elections opponents of the authorities in Belarus and abroad will take steps to destabilize the society, Interfax informs.

“We are approaching elections. They don’t have much time and they will press on us. We must be ready to it,” – said Lukashenka. According to him, “we can’t hide anywhere from it. Because the world became horrible after the great country in which we felt safe had fallen down.”

Lukashenka also remembered about explosion in Vitsebsk. He said: “They were drinking beer somewhere, brought something, blown it up. People were wounded,” – Lukashenka said.

A self-made bomb exploded yesterday on one of Vitsebsk discos. By the time it is known about 50 wounded. 29 of them hospitalized.
