On October 15 a SIM-card of mobile phone of the Charter’97 press centre’s representative Natallya Radzina was blocked by a Belarusian GSM operator Velcom. The company informed that the telephone was blocked by order the of security service of the Velcom company. The journalist has sent messages with the call to take part in the Day of Solidarity to persons in her phone’s contact list. This message was received also by representatives of the press services of the Interior Affairs Ministry, the KGB (State Security Committee), the Minsk city executive committee and other officials.
