NEWS  EU foreign ministers to discuss situation in Belarus on November 7 16:18, 01/11/2005 The situation in Belarus will be an issue under discussion at a meeting of the EU Council in the "General Affairs and External Relations" configuration to be held in Brussels on November 7, Nicolas Kerleroux, a spokesman for the Council, told BelaPAN. EU member states` foreign ministers also will discuss the results of the 2005 UN World Summit held in New York City in September, an informal meeting held by EU leaders at Hampton Court near London on October 27 and 28, and the bird flu problem, Mr. Kerleroux said.
