NEWS  One More Newspaper Received Official Refusal of “Belposhta” 11:55, 21/11/2005 Barysau regional postal communications center (RPCC) will not enter into an agreement with the independent newspaper “Barysauskiya Naviny” for the first half of the year 2006. The editor-in-chief of the newspaper Anatol Bukas has found out on November 18 from an official letter from the head of Barysau regional postal communications center.
