NEWS  U.S. Embassy Press Release on the Visit of Deputy Assistant Secretary of State David Kramer to Belarus 14:57, 07/12/2005 Deputy Assistant Secretary of State David Kramer paid a working visit to Minsk December 6. Mr. Kramer held consultations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and also met with representatives of Belarusian political and non-governmental organizations. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Kramer discussed bilateral relations and expressed American concerns regarding the state of democracy in Belarus, especially as Belarus approaches presidential elections in 2006.
