The leader of the democratic forces of Belarus Alyaksandr Milinkevich has told to the Charter’97 press center: “I am not an adherer of radical actions, but the Belarusian authorities bear full responsibility for cruel beating up of the peaceful protesters. There were no grounds for using beastly cruelty against peaceful protesters, for arresting and brutally beating the presidential candidate Kazulin”.
