Azaronak Not Allowed to Visit Spain 11:45, 24/04/2006
As “Nasha Niva” has found out from the sources in the Embassy of one of the European countries, deputy head of the Belarusian State TV and Radio Company Yury Azaronak was denied visa for visiting Spain. He applied for a visa in French Embassy which represents Spanish interests in Belarus.
Unlike his chief A. Zimouski, the author of propaganda films, had not been included top the “list of 31”. It has happened because the Europeans had decided to limit the number of persons on the black list, and not all could have been included there.
As one of the European diplomats said, “Zimouski and Azaronak are not journalists. They are propagandists, who know themselves that they are telling lies, that is why they shouldn’t expect to be treated like journalists”.
There is also information that rumours that Zimouski allegedly had received Cyprus visa and had a holiday there, are not true. While a refusal of Canada to allow a plane of Sidorski to stop for refuelling on its way to Cuba because Praluaskouski and Zimouski were on the plane, is a true fact.
Moreover, as we have found out, Azaronak has “not many chances” to receive a Greek visa he applied for now. That is why Azaronak would not be able to leisure in a warm Greek sun, as he hadn’t been able to lie in Spanish sun.
It means that the list of persons for whom entry to the EU is banned in fact is longer than officially announced.
