Tortures in court

Aliaxandar Kazulin claims he is not allowed to drink in court. Earlier he asked the judge to order the administration of the investigation custody to provide him with dry rations for the court session, and to allow his family to pass mineral water to him. Nevertheless, the ex-candidate for the presidential post reports that the head of the investigation custody barred him from buying water in the prison store, with no reasonable explanations given. A.Kazulin got a slice of bread and herring as the dry rations, but no water followed (it should be mentioned, however, that the temperature in Minsk was 30 degrees at the day time yesterday).

Criminal Case Initiated Against Oppositionists In Vitsebsk

In Vitsebsk a criminal action relating the events after creation of a new initiative called Bunt was initiated. The criminal case was filed against students of the European Humanities University, a 21-year-old Tatsyana Yalavaya and a 27-year-old Dzyanis Dzyanisau from Vitsebsk. According to the official police report, “those citizens have prepared, planned and carried out a group unsanctioned rally at the territory of Kastrychnitski district of Vitsebsk. The rally was aimed for gross violation of public order and foiling a culture mass events”.

Criminal case against ONT TV channel head

Having inspected “The Second National Channel” company, the public prosecutor’s office resolved to initiate a criminal case against its head R.Kisel. The Criminal code article of the case isn’t announced, but Mr.Kisel is known to be charged with financial malpractice.
