In Vitsebsk a criminal action relating the events after creation of a new initiative called Bunt was initiated. The criminal case was filed against students of the European Humanities University, a 21-year-old Tatsyana Yalavaya and a 27-year-old Dzyanis Dzyanisau from Vitsebsk.
