«Chyrvony kastrychnik» will help understand the state policy 15:43, 02/08/2006
52 propaganda groups are working in Kastrychnitski District of Homel Region. The article "Proceeding from requirements of life" by the head of the Ideology Department of the District Executive Committee Volha Chumakova printed in the regional newspaper "Chyrvony Kastrychnik" (#58 of July 26, 2006) informs about it.
V.Chumakova thinks that the main purpose of those groups is "to help people form the right understanding of the state policy… Many events are organized for it - information days, days of open letters, days of village executive committees, local mass media is also amde use of". "Chyrvony Kastrychnіk" also plays a very important role in it. The edition has organized 18 "straight lines" so that the local authorities could communicate with people living in the district.
"Chyrvony Kastrychnіk" is the only printed edition in the Kastrychnitski District. Its founders are the District Executive Committee and the Council of Deputies.
