Search Carried Out in Apartment of One of Leaders of Young Front 12:15, 07/09/2006
On September 6 a search was held in the apartment of one of the leaders of Minsk branch of the “Young Front”, Zmitser Khvedaruk. As told by Zmitser, KGB officers and policemen managed to get into the apartment, using all possible means. They had no sanctions for a search, but that hadn’t stopped them from committing illegal actions.
Zmitser himself has avoided an arrest, the Radio Svaboda informs. At the moment he is in a safe place. He managed to escape through a window, as his apartment is situated at the ground floor.
