NEWS  Brest: Opposition Asks for Access to TV 13:29, 04/10/2006 An appeal on behalf of Brest branches of the BPF Party, the United Civil Party, the Belarusian Social-democratic Party and the Party of Communists of Belarus has been directed to the chair of the TV and Radio Company Berastse Larysa Dabradomava. Referring to the Constitution, the opposition activists ask the administration of Brest TV and Radio Company to provide them with the possibility to take part in TV programs where important social events are discussed.
