NEWS  Trial for Oppositional Graffiti to Take Place in Hrodna 15:33, 08/01/2007 Tomorrow a trial in the criminal case opened against young activists Vadzim Lohinau and Alyaksei Kryvintsou is to take place in Hrodna. As informed by the human rights center Viasna, a criminal action under Article 341 of the Criminal Code was initiated in September for making oppositional graffiti. Article 341 of the Criminal Code envisages a punishment for defiling buildings and voluntary waste. Activists face a fine, an arrest for up to three months or community works. The extent of damage is estimated at 500,000 rubles.
