NEWS  Russia`s FSB: Terrorists may enter Russia from Belarus 17:08, 24/01/2007 Russian-Belarusian "porous" border can be used by terrorists for penetrating the Russian Federation, Russian Border Service head Vladimir Pronichev said. "Russia`s border with Belarus is virtually unguarded. This is a hole used by citizens of third countries to illegally enter Russian territory," the official said during a `parliamentary hour` at the Federation Council on Wednesday. This channel could be used by terrorist groups’ members, and for criminal ends, he said. Belarus has maintained visa-free regimes with CIS countries, with which Russia maintains a visa regime. In particular, this concerns Georgia.
