NEWS  Young Leader Ales Kalita Detained at Border 17:47, 25/01/2007 Today at 7.10 a.m. the chairman of the Belarusian Popular Front party’s Youth Council Ales Kalita was taken off a train when he was on a way to Vilnius. At a border station Gudagaj border guards confiscated Ales Kalita’s notebook and a flash-card. As said by Ales Kalita, they explained their actions by instructions to frontier guards to check citizens in order to find those who import data carriers with information prejudicial to Belarusian national security.
