NEWS  Several-Kilometre-Long Queues at Russian-Belarusian Border 10:54, 14/02/2007 On Tuesday queues of cars gathered at Belarusian-Russian border. They extended over several kilometres, Interfax informs. Trucks and passenger cars are standing in a jam. At the moment the State customs committee is trying to find out the reason of the traffic jams. “According to preliminary information, the Russian side has returned to the procedure of cars’ temporary admission,” the committee told to the agency. It was underlined that the Belarusian side hadn’t received any notifications about the change of a regime of entering the Russian customs territory. The Customs committee of Belarus has expressed hope that clear light is to be shed upon the situation today.
