The Court Requirement to «Vitebsk Kurjer» to Vacate Premises Obtains Legal Force 11:22, 15/02/2007
The Vitebsk district Appeal court dismissed a complaint of the “Vitebsk Kurjer M” non-governmental newspaper founder and left without amendments the decision of the Vitebsk district Economic court on February 12, – the “Vitebsk Kurjer” publishing house” lawyer Mr. Dmitry Vikratsky informed the BAJ Press Service.
It means that now the Economic court decision about the invalidation of the rent agreement between the newspaper and the “Elsan” enterprise comes into legal force. The “Vitebsk Kuryer M” editorial has to vacant premises, which it rents as an office, within 10 days after receiving declaration.
“The Appeal court as well as the Economic referred to the fact that allegedly violated the accommodation procedure on allocation with the district administration”, – told the “Vitebsk Kurjer” publishing house” Director Mrs. Zhanna Papova.
Mrs. Zhanna Papova intends to send an appeal to the Highest Economic court.
It should be reminded that the Vitebsk region judge Mrs. Volga Gatsila answered to a claim of the “Elsan” enterprise to the “Vitebsk Kurjer M” newspaper about canceling the renting agreement on January 10.
