NEWS  Lukashenka and Yushchenko Meeting Postponed for March 16:29, 23/02/2007 A meeting of Alyaksandr Lukashenka and Viktar Yushchenko in Kyiv is to take place in March. The BelaPAN has been informed about that by Belarusian Ambassador in Ukraine Valyantsin Vyalichka. “Documents are ready, but some issues are left. I think next week we are to agree upon the final date of the visit,” the ambassador said. A week ago Secretariat of Ukrainian President indicated February 26 as a preliminary date of A. Lukashenka’s visit. However today representative of Yushchenko’s secretariat hasn’t been denying that it would be impossible to organize the visit of Belarusian president. The Belarusian side doesn’t comment on this situation. According to unofficial report, a meeting of the presidents is postponed because of organizational problems connected with redistribution of power in Ukrainian government. Rumours in Kyiv even say that A. Lukashenka s not going to come.
