The “deputies” of the so-called chamber of representatives will not legitimate sterilization of asocial persons, as chairperson of the lower chamber human rights commission Yury Kulakouski said, Telegraf.by reports.
In his view, such a policy will not have positive results. Moreover, deputies cannot deprive anyone of the right to have children, no matter what their social position is. On the contrary, as Kulakouski deems, a child can be a reason for a woman to start a new life.
Two years ago deputy of the “chamber of representatives” Siargey Kastian insisted on the need for legitimizing violent sterilization of asocial persons. The “deputy” proposed to use the law only in extra situations so that it will be a strict warning for those who “lead abominable sexual life”.
