NEWS  Borodin believes everything to be decided this year 18:11, 06/04/2007 All the most important decisions on construction of the so-called “union state” are to be adopted this year, said the state secretary of the “union state” Pavel Borodin in an interview today. As said by him, a bilateral meeting of Belarusian and Russian presidents is planned for the year 2007.
