NEWS  Rally in Mahilyou; Freedom to Zmitser Dashkevich! (Photo) 13:00, 18/04/2007 On April 16-17 a Mahilyou branch of the “Young Front” held a rally in support of a political prisoner, a leader of the “Young Front” Zmitser Dashkevich. Hundreds of portraits of the political prisoner have appeared in the central streets of the city. During the rally “Young Front” members Maxim Azarau, Tatsyana Bulanava, Alyaksei Larchanka and Volha Chuhunova were detained. They were kept in the police department for about two and a half hours. After giving explanations why portraits of Zmitser Dashkevich had been found in things of all activists, all of them were released. The Young Front press service informs that policemen acted in a very brutal and insolent way. One of the policemen, a lieutenant A.
