Actions in Support of Young Front Held in Minsk (Photo) 13:36, 20/04/2007
“Imprisoned for love for Motherland?”, “Do you feel safe?”, “Other’s children thrown to prisons. Are you indifferent? And what about yours?”, “Keep your hands off Young Front!”, “Dashkevich Imprisoned for your Freedom! Who’s next?” These slogans appeared yesterday in central streets of Minsk, in subway crossings, near metro stations and bus stops.
Portraits of the Young Front leaders Zmitser Dashkevich and other activists were placed near leaflets. Activists are waiting for an illegal trail for “activities on behalf of an unregistered organization”. In Minsk and in other cities members of the youth national movement continue dissemination of printed materials dedicated to criminal prosecution of the Young Front. Young people demand the regime to release all political prisoners immediately and terminate politically motivates cases.
