NEWS  Independent TV Channel to start Broadcasting for Belarus in October 14:08, 24/04/2007 The Public Polish Television and the Foreign Ministry of Poland signed the agreement on opening the “TV Belarus” channel. In compliance with the contract concluded for several years the TV is to be financed from the stand-by budget of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Poland. The TV Belarus is to be a satellite channel .The 15 hours daily broadcasting through 2 satellites is foreseen.
