NEWS  Milinkevich: All political prisoners have to be released 18:21, 25/04/2007 Leader of the democratic forces of Belarus Alyaksandr Milinkevich welcomes the decision of the Belarusian authorities on opening the representation office of the European Commission in Belarus. Certainly, it is a positive step towards a greater representation of the United Europe in Belarus, Alyaksandr Milinkevich stresses in his letter sent to chairman of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso.
