Iosif Syaredzich Goes to Release Narodnaya Volya Print Run 16:40, 27/04/2007
Today the editor-in-chief of Narodnaya Volya newspaper Iosif Syaredzich is to visit a plice department of Smalyavichy district. “Policemen are holding back last copies of independent newspapers “Narodnaya Volya” and “Tavarysh”, he told to Radio Svaboda.
According to the editor-in-chief, in Smalyavichy district near the Burial mount of Glory policemen stopped the car which transported newspaper from Smolensk, where the newspapers have been published. The car was transported to of Smalyavichy police department, allegedly for an inspection of documents. The management of the newspapers was demanded to submit such documents as a contract with the printing house and a transport operator, registration certificate and other papers.
An article of the BPF leader Vintsuk Vyachorka dedicated to Charnobylski Shliakh was published in the newspaper. The newspaper was to be distributed during the rally on April 26.
