NEWS  Courts refuse to Hear Political Lawsuits 18:33, 02/05/2007 According to the unofficial information Judge of the Soviet district Court of Minsk Alyaksei Tamanau refused to judge the criminal lawsuit against 5 activists of the Young Front organization because of the state of health of the judge. 8 May the defendants are called to the court for the preliminary hearing where the date of the hearing is to be adopted. This time Ruslan Aniskevich is appointed the Judge. It is remarkable that the name of Aniskevich was on the list of judges for whom entrance to the European Union and the USA has been prohibited. However, it was Anatol Aniskevich who was deputy chairman of the Pervamaisky district court.
