Krasouski refused to give evidence against Young Front members
17:40, 07/05/2007

A young activist Pavel Krasouski has told to Radio Svaboda that today during the investigation investigator of Zhodzina Vasko asked about his activities in the unregistered organization “Young Front”. The investigator also asked Krasouski about activists of the “Young Front” Nasta Azarka, Dzyanis Karnou and Ivan Shyla.

Paval Krasouski told that he refused to witness against himself, and told nothing about his fellow organization members.

As we have informed, in May a trial over activists of the “Young Front” is to take place in Minsk. They are charged with activities on behalf of an unregistered organization. The leader of the organization Zmitser Dashkevich has been already sentenced to a year and a half of imprisonment in a minimum-security colony.
