Polish pastor fined and banned from entering Belarus
16:28, 30/05/2007

Today a Protestant pastor, a citizen of Poland Jaraslaw Lukasik, has been summoned to the police department of the Tsentralny district of Minsk.

He was fined one basic unit and ordered to leave the territory of Belarus before June 7. The pastor is also banned entry to Belarus for 5 years.

As we have informed, a report was drawn up against Jaraslaw Lukasik for holding an unsanctioned prayer service in Minsk.

Jaraslaw Lukasik and his wife, a citizen of Belarus Natalya Lukasik, have three children. Such actions of the authorities divide the family or make them leave our country.
