NEWS  Belaya Rus to Appear in Minsk Too 14:55, 22/06/2007 Today a foundation meeting of Minsk city branch of the public association “Belaya Rus” (White Rus) is taking place in Minsk. Branches of this public association are being created all over the country with unprecedented speed. In the run-up to the meeting its initiators addressed city dwellers with a call to “join efforts to support the policy carried out by the state, to defend out citizens from destructive effect of ill-wishers from abroad”.
