On June 29 at the talks with the prime minister of Belarus Syarhei Sidorski the Russian side has set forth new conditions for getting a state credit from Russia. The department of sentence execution declined the complaint of Artur Finkievich against the refusal of his pre-term exoneration. The resolution was grounded on the supposedly inappropriate conduct of Finkievich.
